Ricebridge Bug Tracking
Get a $15 Yeah. That's right. We're serious about bugs and we'll pay you to find them. If you're a Ricebridge customer and you find a bug in one of our products, you, personally, will get a ThinkGeek Gift Certificate to the value of $15! And if you're not a Ricebridge customer yet, you can still get yourself a $15 discount code if you can find a bug in our free trials. So there you go. We don't mess about when it comes to bugs and we're happy to take the hit when you find them. One more thing: the rules (there are always rules!). We try to correct bugs as soon as possible and provide details of workarounds where possible. A list of open and resolved bugs is kept for each version of each product. To submit a bug report, just send us a mail: bugs@ricebridge.com. You can also submit bug reports from the bug tracking pages for each product. Bug Tracking by ProductBug CompensationWe don't believe in small print. So here are the rules of our bug compensation scheme, in a nice, normal font size. A gift certificate to the value of $15 will be awarded to the first person who discovers a bug in a Ricebridge product. The person must be a Ricebridge customer or be the agent or employee of a Ricebridge customer. This offer is NOT available to the general public. You MUST be a Ricebridge customer. This offer is also not available to public service licensees. A bug is defined as an operation of the product which is in contradiction to the public documentation on the Ricebridge website. Ricebridge will make the final determination as to whether an operation or failure consitutes a bug. Feature requests will not be considered bugs. No customer will receive more than three gift certificates per product line. That is, no more than three bug finds will be rewarded, per customer. To claim the gift certificate, you agree to have your name and a link to your website, or your employer's website, listed on the bug tracking page for each product. Ricebridge reserves to right to issue gift certificates in any form, via any third party. The gift certificates will be delivered and redeemed by the third party, and Ricebridge accepts no liability in the exercise of the gift certificates, and does not guarantee their validity. The rules of our component competition also apply to this bug compensation scheme. In particular, Ricebridge accepts no liability arising from your participation in this scheme. |
